Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial. We prioritize a more tailored, consultative approach to ensure each solution is configured to meet the needs of each customer. Panatrack offers personalized demos tailored to your industry and needs, giving you a more accurate picture of how Panatrack can transform your operation and the opportunities to maximize your investment. This approach ensures you get a true feel for the software’s capabilities and the dedicated service we provide to all our clients. We understand the importance of finding the right solution for your needs. To give you the opportunity to trial our software, we’re happy to discuss a shorter commitment period for our annual subscription. 

We don’t want you to make decisions on what to include in your tracking system based on limits to the number of assets you are licensed to track. We also don’t require your assets to be tracked by unique IDs and also support general inventory tracking for supplies, parts, and more. We do offer view only user options to give access to those that need it as well as unlimited custodian assignees that can be setup in the system. Without limitations on what you can track … you can track everything!

Panatrack does offer pricing discounts based on solution and number of system users. Final pricing for your solution is provided in quotes and proposals.

No. Most transactions can also be done from the browser interface. The mobile app is supported on both iOS and Android; therefore, can be used on your phone. However, for users that support daily operations, we highly recommend investment in a mobile device with a dedicated barcode scanner for data capture efficiency.

Yes. If your assets have a serial number represented in a barcode tag, you can use that same serial number as your asset ID. However, we encourage you to use pre-printed asset tags. This adds a secondary identifier associated with your serial number. Asset tags can be printed with your company name for additional security. Having a standardized asset tag also makes it easier for your users. They can easily identify the tag to scan for each transaction.

Yes. We can either set you up directly with our vendor or you can purchase asset tags through us. We will help you design your tags and assist you with identifying the right tag material and size.
